Wolverine - Secwepemc Nation Elder

Wolverine, Secwepemc elder, runs a 50 acre organic farm on the Adams Lake Indian Band Reserve.

Wolverine is well known for the leadership role he played in the Gustafsen Lake standoff.  He argued in court that because his people never formally surrendered their land, they are still a sovereign nation.  He speaks at universities and to other indigenous groups all around the world.
